Barrett-Wehlmann Adds 3 BMA Lantern Awards to the Mantle in 2009

January 4, 2010 (Houston, TX) – Barrett-Wehlmann received three Lantern Awards for outstanding work in business marketing at the 2009 Business Marketing Association’s annual Lantern Award gala celebration. BMA honors outstanding achievements by companies who exhibit exceptional capabilities within specified categories by bestowing their coveted Lantern prize. Barrett-Wehlmann captured Lanterns in the categories of:

• Direct Mail
• Annual Report
• Web Site

In addition to the three top awards, Barrett-Wehlmann was also cited for outstanding achievement in 5 additional categories including print advertising, catalog design and Web site development.

Each year, the annual Lantern Award celebration brings the best business marketers from across the state of Texas together to determine the state’s top performers. Independent judges pour over hundreds of entries and judge each entry on select criteria for its category. Only a fraction of the entries entered in the competition are awarded recognition - and there’s only one Lantern Award winner per category.
